Events this weekend!

Hello 4 East Residents!

This weekend is a busy weekend! It is family weekend and that means fun things are going on. On Saturday there is a home football game against UW-Oshkosh at 2pm. The goal is to break a record for having the most fans in the stadium for the game. I will be leaving around 1:30 to walk over to the game and anyone who wants to join me can meet in the lobby at that time.
Also, on Sunday there is a speaker for United We Stand. This is a great presentation to go to and it will start at 7PM. We will be meeting in the lobby at 6:30 for this event and feel free to come and bring some of your friends. If you would like more info on either of these events just let me know!
Have and great week!

Uwp cost

Hello friends,

I decided to finally change our bulliten board to a board about the cost to go to the university of Wisconsin platteville. This is strictly for the tuition cost for each type of student and it splits it up into cost per credit. This is supposed to encourage all students to go to class because even one easy class costs money. Have a great week!

National coming out day

Hello 4 east residents,

As some of you may know, today is national coming out day. To show your support for all of the brave individuals who let the world know their true feelings. Josh and Alex will be having an event down in the lobby, from 11:30am to 12:30pm, where you can paint your hand and place it on the poster to show your support. Every hand counts and I personally will be down there showing my support  and I encourage you to do the same.

Facebook Question

Hello Friends,

I posted a question the other day on the southwest hall Face book page. The question is asking about your favorite study spots. I understand if you have a super secret spot you like to study in. However, if that is not the case then you should go on there and comment your spot. Then other people who haven’t found their spot yet can find a place that will help them study and be the best that the can be.

Have a great Day and a Happy Homecoming!
